They really focus on solving your problem when you ask them. They reply fast.

Super easy to use! I wish they could figure out a way to offer unique codes for free shipping for only domestic orders. It's not clear if those who will receive the free shipping code will be based in the US or not, so if they get this code, it will be almost useless to the customer if they are based elsewhere. But the rest of the app is so easy and intuitive to set up!

Today I had a stressful moment when I lost my tech guy who knew how to fix my shopify issues. I needed to set up a automated email for first time shoppers and had no clue what to do. Mig joined the chat with me at like 11am and had the patients and knowledge to walk me through step by step. Amazing customer service! Would not have been able to figure it out without Mig's help!
