Absolutely love the app, most importantly their super fast & quick response and support to resolve all of my queries! I was having a problem with the automation setup to new subscribers and after checking with Shopify there was no issue found and I was still unable to send emails, but the Ecom team fixed it in a few hours! So very happy with the app and their response. Donna & Jessca are so kind and responsive!

I switched from ONE pop-up to this app and I have been very satisfied with my decision. I had a support question on integration and I was assisted right away and solved the issue. In addition, they did some extra things for us just for contacting support. They really went above and beyond just because. Very pleased
