EcomSend Pop Ups, Email Popups

Customer service was great and the response time was quick. I was highly recommend to anyone wanting to add pop ups to their website.

Marj was very helpful and provided very helpful support. MY only disappointment was that in the old store we collected emails but not the first names. And when it came to importing the emails she said that she was unable to extend help there which is perfectly understandable as that was under Shopify control.

So strangely i now have a lot of customers with no first names and only their emails as their names. Marj said that that depends on the set up of the app so it seems that its the earlier person who set up the shop that made the mistake.

I could understand some people not putting in their real names or maybe even not filling it up which should be made mandatory (by the app) Otherwise when emails are sent out we would have their email addresses in pace of their names when the email is sent out.

Extremely easy to setup and love the flexibility with design options.

So far, so good! Encountered a glitch with access to the menu to edit my popup, but got some helpful advice from the team immediately, so I am happy and looking forward to seeing what this app can do for me.

So far so great! Easy to use and doesn't cost anything unlike the other apps! Great customization. If your new to the whole website thing, this app will help you build a list of customers emails, which you can send deals, new products, ect...
