Wow, I really love the app. I have been using shopify for a while, and although this is not my first shopify store, I have other stores where the returns and refunds have been a bit problematic. Despite my initial skepticism, I started using Ecoreturns and was happy with the results. Even more astonishing is that they help to reduce returns through various AI-based features. Though I had a few setup issues, there customer support was excellent, Easy to install. Appreciate Ecoreturns and it's team. Highly Recommended!!

I am very impressed with the customer support. Talked with Nitin who helped me setup the whole system and has walked us through the process of getting it up and running on our website. Customers so far have been happy with the results. Would defiantly recommend for any business looking to improve their customer experience with returns.

I wonder how a customer can give a positive review to Eco-Returns.

We have bought the license over 9 months ago. And we are still not live.
Not only, took it long time, to get the pricing sorted out (we have 3 websites), but after we did our user testing, we found in 2 days over 10 bugs. And some of them were serious business concerns. Somehow I managed to bypass the system and create a replacement order without paying any extra money.

I have raised for each issue a ticket. I send personal messages to the CEO Punith. Appart that my concerns will be considered and i should have patient, not much happened over one months.

I see many positive reviews from India. I wonder how many of the them are fake reviews.

Top notch support. Very quick response with actual solutions to the business problems. The development of the app seems to be very active with new features on the way in response to particular business needs.

Process was very easy to understand and extremely helpful with setting up Returns/Exchange policies. The process did not take long either. Amit was very helpful and patient with the process of onboarding.

We did a proper RPF process where we benchmarked different return systems. EcoReturn did win the process.

We spent a lot of time to test the system and to my surprise we discovered many bugs we raised to the team. It look quite some time to get it fixed. I was surprised that other customers had not raised these issues previously.

After we paid the suscription, we had some other issues and did not immediately set-up the system. A few weeks later when we wanted to set-up the system, the licence was not active any more. I was even more surprised, that i had to show proof that i paid the license.

Now, it already over one months that Saurav and other team members have not activated the suscription. I send them daily reminders. But nothing is happening.

Also, they promised to integration with ODOO and set up a new logistic partner. I guess these are empty promises.

This is my first time in an e-commerce business and using this app of setting up the return and refund. Their customer service is stellar - fast, thorough, and detailed service. I had a one-on-one virtual meeting with EcoReturns' rep to guide me a step-by-step how to set up the return. In addition, I did a couple test runs with them to see how it actually works with Shopify. I learn a lot within one hour and a half. Can you believe that they spent time with me to explain everything for an hour and a half. I feel grateful how they care about their potential customers. They answered me every detailed question. For someone who is really new in the e-commerce business like myself and how the logistics works, I highly recommend this app. Besides the amazing customer service, the app is user-friendly. Most importantly, they offer a free plan which is way sufficient and effective for small businesses. I am happy to found this app and incorporate it into my Shopify shop. Special thank to Saurav Pramanik from EcorReturns who patiently helped me through all the process.
