This is the best free returns solution. Has functionality not even paid apps have and customer support is awesome

As a user I found super helpful and easy to use. And the team was very very helpful, they guided pretty well. They are always reachable on mails and calls. The plan also turns out to be pretty economical rather than investing in a resource to handle returns. Customer also find it easy to use from our SHOPIFY STORE. One other advantage is customers can create exchange request as well and select new products, and it is quite a smooth process.

My only suggestion would be to add more courier partners in their platform who can manage reverse pick ups.
