I can't say enough good things about Blotout and the team behind them. Mandar really cares about helping brands solve the complexities that come with CAPI, server side integration and pixel issues in general. Their tool and support are top notch.

I've worked with 3 other server side tools in the past and had all but given up and resorted to just using the native Shopify CAPI setup but I'm so glad I decided to work with Blotout instead.

Our match quality improved substantially on Meta and other platforms. While not a "silver bullet" in and of itself, it's nice reassurance that we're feeding channels with robust data.

From a tech standpoint the tools are very robust. If our CTO was writing instead of me (co-founder, CMO) this he'd say something like "it's exactly how we would have built this internally and is well engineered."

Mandar and his team are exceptional! They consistently provide us with the attention we need and have significantly simplified our tracking, especially since we're on headless, where most apps fall short. Blotout continually develops new features and analytics to support their customers.

It took weeks to get a reply regarding a refund of $600 for add-on upgrades that were completely ineffective- this was after two years of using them. Our Meta pixel is littered with Velocity events that were never removed once the service was discontinued so I’ll likely start over with a fresh pixel now that I’ve uninstalled Edgetag. It seems they grew too fast to keep up with their customer service
