Amazing customer support. I was having an issue where the "change variant" functionality was clearing all line-item-properties from the product in the cart. I tried two apps: Cart Pencil and a competitor product which was much more expensive and both of the apps had the same issue. I reached out to both developers to ask for support. Dhruvi from MLVeda (Cart Pencil) not only responded immediately, but actually updated the app to make it work for me. Then they helped me customize the app for my theme. The competitor just told me "we can't help you." I really appreciate how much MLVeda goes above and beyond to support its customers.

Very helpful dev team and the app helps a great deal with user experience and allowing customers to have access to changes within their cart. Would love an option whereby the options were available without clicking 'change' as well in future!

This app is exactly what I needed. When watching my customers interact on my store and seeing details of abandoned checkouts I realized a majority of my missed potential customers were failing to convert checking out because they didn't have the right color (variant) they thought they added to cart off my product page when they got to final payment. This app allows them to easily change the color in their cart and verify they have exactly what they need before checking out. I saw instant results literally the next day. I also had a small fix that I requested on my store from the developers and they replied promptly and had it done perfectly in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an app like this.
