This app is fantastic! Very user friendly and efficient for editing orders. The quality of customer service I received from Andrew can't be beat. I highly recommend this app for any type of eCommerce business. 10/10!

This app works great with specific processes we have for our store when processing our exchanges. We had some default app settings that didn't work with our intentions, reached out to their customer service and was assisted in a quick responsive matter. They were able to custom modify some of our settings through their backend that was exactly what we needed. Very satisfied with using this app, I would recommend giving it a try.

This app enables me and my CS team to help customers as much as possible without causing inconvenience to them. My new favorite feature is invoicing customers for adding an item to their order, after they have made their purchase. Edit Order has definitely impressed us and our customers. Great tool, highly recommend!

This is a great app, with powerful functionality. If you're like us and run a subscription service, then your orders will likely come in containing virtual products (the subscription). Edit Order allows us to edit these virtual items and replace them with real ones. It also allows us to create replacements, exchanges, and more. In addition to a great product, their team is tight-knit and passionate, always there to help when needed. Highly recommended!

We have been using Edit Order since early in 2015 when we moved our store to the Shopify system. What impresses me most is how reliable the system works, and how they continue to enhance the app.

Since nearly all of our products require custom or personalized content, we have used the app to edit existing orders when a mistake was made entering the content. Being able to edit content without cancelling and starting over is essential to our product line, and relationship with our customers.

However, we have definitely struggled with how to manage reorders, where some of the content needed to be changed. Until this latest update to the software that allows for draft orders can be edited ... we had resigned ourselves to entering the order from scratch, even if the change was very minor. NOW, we can duplicate the previous order, save it as a draft, and then use edit order to edit the draft. Once the order is just right, we can send (email) an invoice to the customer for payment.

It is great when software solves a problem, works right, and the company is responsive to customer needs!!!

This is app is critical to our business. I use it several times per week. We are constantly receiving emails from customers that they need to change a size, or color, or style, or combine shipping, etc. etc. Without this app, I would have to cancel their order and rely on the customer to place a new order. A percentage of these situations would always result in a lost sale, but not anymore.

We also offer an option for a customer to send us their measurements & then we will determine their correct size. In this instance the customer checks out with a generic SKU (Style/Color/MeasureForSize). This app allows me to enter the size that we determine for the customer and select the correct SKU in order to keep our inventory in balance.

The app also helps me keep track of returns/exchanges.

I'm surprised that Shopify doesn't have this built into their product for everyone to use. It seems like a no-brainer home run.

I wish that it worked with my Shopify POS + I wish their was an option to send the customer a bill to capture additional funds when an 'edit order' results in an additional charge. (ex: a customer decides to change their order for a less expensive style to a more expensive style). As far as I know the app only allows you to issue refunds, and not request additional funds.

*Update after more than 2 years of using this plugin, I still rely on it multiple times per week.
-Edit Order now offers the functionality to request additional funds from a customer. This is an terrific enhancement. Thank you!
-I would still like to see the Edit Order functionality built into the POS software.
