Great App. Easy to install, easy to use right after installation. Very efficient tool. Recommended!

The app does exactly what it should and also allows you to add product discounts, cart discount, line item properties and more.

In the instances I have to asked for some help the question was answered in a matter of minutes.

The Edit Order app is excellent and well worth the cost - I've tried other app's, and they were worthless. Edit Order is a well thought-out, comprehensive app that integrates perfectly with Shopify. You may not use it every day; but, you'll be thankful you have it when you do need to change an order. An excellent feature that I love is that it preserves the previous versions of any order you modify. The only drawback is how it integrates with the reporting features.

Yes. Yes. Yes! This app is wonderful. One click installation and it works. I used it immediately to create an order for a client that we wanted to send something for free. Great app. I highly recommend.

Love this app, but now it's not loading... As other reviews have said your support is terrible as multiple questions I've had are still unanswered. I figured those out myself but now that the program simply isn't working I'm at a loss.

Update: It seems that they have added a Helpdesk software! The app is truly wonderful! Shopify should take note. Now that their support is improving things are perfect!

I'm glad I found this app.

Someone had ordered a lamp off our store with an EU power cord instead of a US power cord and I couldn't work out how to amend it easily for them. Downloaded this app and I amended the order with ease. Contacted their contact support regarding an issue and they had responded in less than a day. Very happy with these guys and would definitely recommend.
