a game-changer for anyone struggling with the limitations of Shopify's native order edit options.
App works great. Very satisfied with this app. Customer support was very helpful and quick. Laura helped us fix our issues and followed up to check on us as well.

Cleverific has been a game changer for our ecommerce business. Address changes were the number one customer service request we were fielding on a daily basis, often causing frustrations when our orders shipped out faster than the address changes could be communicated. Adding a 15 minute hold to our order processing to allow for customers to adjust addresses themselves has already cut down on the number of requests we're recieving in just a few weeks of having the app installed on our website. I couldn't recommend this app enough!

Great app that can do whats expected of it. We've been using it everyday for several years for all our B2B orders and for editing already placed orders on our online shop. It works impeccable!

Edit Order bolsters the efficiency of Shopify as used in our Wild Ideas, LLC storefront. Adjusting sales by quick and easy partial refunds is an excellent feature.

This is a really great app - easy to use. Love the recent improvements with having favourite items and the ease of being able to adjust pricing and edit description of items. The edit team are super prompt in their response time.
