Cleverific has been a huge help for our team! It’s reduced so much of the manual work we used to do, and the dashboard is simple, clear, and easy to navigate. Their team has been (and continues to be) incredibly responsive whenever we have questions, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s saved us time and allowed us to focus on bigger projects that actually move the needle. Highly recommend!
We use Cleverific for their self-serve order editing feature. We looked at all the other apps with that functionality in our evaluation, and Cleverific was far and away the best with user experience, stability, and service. We have been very happy with the app after using it for several months from all of our Shopify stores.
Has a setting that refunds edited orders by default, automatically enabled. App in no way lets you know that it will be refunding orders by default. Support was no help as far as cancelling the refund we did not approve. Potentially massive problem, we are currently at the mercy of our customer being willing to pay a second time after receiving everything already.
We're sorry that the default behavior of the app didn't work out for you. While it's been a successful default behavior of our app for nearly 10 years, but we understand your frustration that you didn't feel adequately informed about it. Unfortunately, Shopify doesn't allow refunds to be voided or reversed no matter how soon after the refund is issued. If we could have done such a thing, we absolutely would have. Good luck in your future endeavors.
We had a complex headless Shopify marketplace need, and Cleverific—especially Andrew—went above and beyond to help us solve it. Not only do they do excellent work, but they’re also incredibly easy to work with. Their transparency in pricing, kindness, and fairness set them apart, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If I could give 10 stars, I would—it’s a bummer I can only give five! Wonderful app that opens up more editing options than the Shopify standard editing! We work a lot with line item properties and it's great to have a way to edit those on an order. It's also a great way to change an order from Local Pickup to Shipping, if a customer changes their mind.
The customer service is also great. They recently added a requested feature to prevent using the Advanced Mode on Managed Markets orders (short version - not a good idea to use it on those). That will undoubtedly save us, and probably some other merchants, from future headaches.
Cleverific is the best order editing app we have found for reliability, functionality and customization. We just haven't found anyone that can beat them! The team keeps the app running and they add new features that help the editing process go smoother than ever. If there is an issue, they can fix it quickly which is very important to us. If you need an app that let customers edit their orders automatically then this is the app!

Full story: When I downloaded this app last week, I reached out to their support team to ask a question about one of the their features, and got a helpful reply within minutes. This week, they reached out to see how the solution worked for me, and when I asked a few more questions about some new features that they launched this week, they replied immediately there too. I can't recommend them enough. This app has a ton of features, and a fantastic team to help whenever you have a burning question. 10/10.
This app is good. We sometimes use it to duplicate orders because Shopify locks many aspects of the orders depending on their status, so this lets us kind of get around that problem. You can also use it to work with bundles of products more easily (expanding a single product into a group of products automatically) and it has automation aspects that you can use in Shopify Flow.
Also, their support and product development folks were very helpful when we were requesting a new feature -- they got the feature set up for us and we were able to use it not long after that.
We have had an incredible experience working with Cleverific! Not only is their offering the best we have found in the Shopify ecosystem, their client support is unmatched. It is great to have a true partner in the Shopify app ecosystem.

When I started using Cleverific, I thought it was alright. It gave us the order editing needs that Shopify didn't have natively. But then one day Cleverific's support team reached out to me and asked if I wanted to chat, and I'm so glad I did.
I was only using a fraction of what Cleverific had to offer! With their help, I was able to get their customer portal installed on our site, and it's a game changer. (Our own customer support team says this is the most helpful thing we've done for them since we started using Shopify.)
Cleverific's support team continues to reach out and check in regularly, and together we're making things even better for our customers. If you don't want to go alone, go with Cleverific.
