We have been using Edit Order since we migrated to Shopify Plus, it has been a very useful tool for handling item add-ons, as well as order returns and exchanges. Keep up the great work!

Changing orders all the time from here. It saves me a lot of manual work. It syncs to my CRM just fine and it's really easy to use.
This app is essential for any Shopify store. The fact that you cannot edit an Order in Shopify alone, means that you would have to refund your customer (and we all know how long refunds can take to go through) and re-charge them, all to change, maybe, the color of an item they're purchasing.
This app provides the solution, and does it in an extremely intelligent way. Everything makes sense with the app, and it is so easy to use that most of our users haven't needed any training.
I really can't say enough about this app, and support is extremely quick with their responses, and thorough! I only have to ask my question once and I get a detailed response that makes sense.

I was skeptical at first. I used to manually cancel/replace orders for customers, but since installing this app, I've been saving so much time and I'm now actively offering to edit an order, if that's a better option for a customer. Support is also great, although I rarely need it.

I don't remember writing this review, but maybe I did; however, let's be real... $19 per month to change a "regular" to "large?" That's basically what it is, something Shopify should have inherently in their cart/software is 2/3 the cost of the entire thing??? I just can't comprehend this, maybe someone else can enlighten me about it? I suppose it's not the fault of the app creators, but again, I can't imagine why they needed to increase the cost? What sort of issues/comments/concerns could come up with this sort of thing that would need multiple support reps and programmers? Add that to the fact it's really one of two edit order apps then I'm puzzled why the $19 price tag. I'm going to try and go with StitchLabs for $29, only $10 more and I get a full inventory app too.
Great customer service! We are migrating over to Shopify and offer a lot of programs that warrant changing orders regularly. These folks have been super responsive with all questions I've had, via email and via online meetings. And they keep improving the app! Thanks!
We turned to this app when the customer service support from another one we were using didn't respond to our email after 48 hours! We had no choice but to switch. What a good decision it was to choose Edit Order! There were many new features now available to us. Just today we had a question, and we received a response within 4 hours which not only addressed our customer's issue but also taught us something new about Shopify. 5 stars for Edit Order all the way!
I am loving this! For me, I love that it will keep the order clean. If you add-on to an order, you no longer have to "remember" to add it later or make notes. This replaces the previous order with the new one. You collect money owed from the payment processing system you use, PP, invoice, ect. Love love love.
Great app for creating custom orders and editing existing ones. Also great support. Acknowledged and resolved a small issue quickly when we brought it up with them.
So far so good! The customer service team was amazing and knowledgeable when I reached out with an issue.
