I highly recommend this app.

What a lifesaver of an app! I feel it adds an extra level of customer service. The number of times customer phone or email after placing an order wanting to make changes makes this app priceless. It makes life so much easier and saves messing around with scrapping old orders and creating new ones.

This app will save us hours of work every month on our BtoB store.
We can now add some products customers request after placing their order or modify shipping cost.

Every changes show up in our invoice template (made with Order Printer), so we don't need anymore to create an invoice manually.
