Cleverific Order Editor

This is a great app that does exactly what the name says. It's quite simple to use and their support staff is easy to deal with if something goes wrong. Some functionality such as issuing refunds isn't in a perfect state, but the team seems to be constantly updating and improving. Overall this app is the way to go if you need to edit your online orders.

This is a great app, with powerful functionality. If you're like us and run a subscription service, then your orders will likely come in containing virtual products (the subscription). Edit Order allows us to edit these virtual items and replace them with real ones. It also allows us to create replacements, exchanges, and more. In addition to a great product, their team is tight-knit and passionate, always there to help when needed. Highly recommended!

I use Cleverific frequently to create draft orders through Shopify through the back end for customers. Their application makes processing manual orders saves time and is easy to use. Their tech support has been incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this application to anyone in need!

Edit Order is an amazing app.
Blackpants Workwear sells hairdressing and beauty uniforms and without Edit Order we would not have been able to choose Shopify as an e-commerce platform.
It makes it possible to process phone orders for existing customers and exchange products for sizes or styles easily.
Support is great and they are always up for suggestions on new features.

This app is the best way to handle the 100% necessary task of editing customers orders. We have dozens of orders every day where the customer entered the wrong size, color, quantity, or even want to switch products. Without this app, you have to cancel the order and deal with the refund, then get the customer to reorder, etc., etc.

Some people have complained about this app but what they don't realize is that this is the only way to edit orders. There is no built-in functionality to edit orders in Shopify. The Edit Order app is the best solution available currently.

Finally, the tech support is excellent. Any issue we've had (we have a very large product count), they've been immediately responsive and got us going again.
