Cleverific: Order Editing

I am loving this! For me, I love that it will keep the order clean. If you add-on to an order, you no longer have to "remember" to add it later or make notes. This replaces the previous order with the new one. You collect money owed from the payment processing system you use, PP, invoice, ect. Love love love.

Great app for creating custom orders and editing existing ones. Also great support. Acknowledged and resolved a small issue quickly when we brought it up with them.

So far so good! The customer service team was amazing and knowledgeable when I reached out with an issue.

SUPER excited for new payment feature. Couldn't live without the App for adding LIPs (line item properties) to orders! Thanks for the great APP!

Shopify is a great product by itself, but I needed to collect 1/2 now and 1/2 later for payments. We here at leathershowroom.com needed to correct an order if the customer changed their mind and wanted a different color leather. All of theirs changes are now possible with Cleverific. As an added bonus you can call and talk to a real person when you need to (Andrew was very hel[pful). Great customer service and quick response. Cleverific would get more then 5 stars if I could add some. Heck I bet they can do that also.

The app is an absolute necessity for any Shopify business. Well designed, great functionality and I'd definitely recommend upgrading to their "premium" service. Not only are the staff great to work with and quick to reply to any issues, they are also willing to go above and beyond for their customers, even customizing the app to meet your needs. Functions are exactly what we need, but what's impressive is their customer service - they actually follow up with your enquiries! I mean, real follow ups, like they follow through till you respond further and the issue dealt with.

Couldn't edit orders without it. It's the only way we can update orders while also using other apps.
