This is an app we use EVERY DAY. Don't think we could live without it. There's always a need to edit, adjust, correct, revise, modify orders. Correcting orders is a daily occurrence. The Edit Orders app makes it easy. It helps us provide excellent service for our customers.

This is the best order editing app we've found. Super easy to use and allows for adjustments on practically every aspect of the order including billing and shipping address, customer contact information, adding or removing line items, adjusting unit prices, changing SKU's, and changing shipping methods.
The payment request feature is super easy to use, and makes adjusting order totals super quick and painless for both us and the customer. Highly recommend.
This app has been great. We have customers call and make changes to their orders all the time and it's a snap with this app. There are some limitations, but when I ask about them, the developer seems to be receptive to helping make changes. Thanks guys, this app is great!
I'm not sure why some of the commenters below are so negative. So far the app has been really excellent and fills a really critical role - both editing old orders and adding new orders.
Highly recommended.
Update: They don't respond to emails, and editing an order breaks the fulfillment settings on the product.
Could not run my store without this app!
CONSISTENTLY GOOD APP. THE ONLY ONE THAT ACTUALLY DOES WHAT WE NEED IT TO DO. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!

I'd give Edit Order 10 stars if I could. I couldn't function on Shopify if it wasn't for this App! Thanks for listening to the customers and fulfilling a need that so many of us had! Special thanks to Ryan for going above and beyond!!
I have only used Edit Order for the past week and already I see benefit. I have a lot of phone orders and Shopify does not provide a way to do that.
We're new to using the app but so far it has made editing orders much more efficient than the app we were using previously. There were some challenges with getting us set up but Laura and her team were INCREDIBLE. Laura answered all of our questions and worked to ensure our issue was resolved as quickly as possible. We're looking forward to continuing to use the app.
