Cleverific Order Editing

We had a complex headless Shopify marketplace need, and Cleverific—especially Andrew—went above and beyond to help us solve it. Not only do they do excellent work, but they’re also incredibly easy to work with. Their transparency in pricing, kindness, and fairness set them apart, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If I could give 10 stars, I would—it’s a bummer I can only give five! I couldn’t recommend working with them enough.

We had an issue with Shopify when they released a new update for their software but Cleverific fixed the problem very quickly which was great! Thank you to Laura at the Cleverific team! She was very fast to respond and assured me the issue was being fixed and looked into.

Wonderful app that opens up more editing options than the Shopify standard editing! We work a lot with line item properties and it's great to have a way to edit those on an order. It's also a great way to change an order from Local Pickup to Shipping, if a customer changes their mind.

The customer service is also great. They recently added a requested feature to prevent using the Advanced Mode on Managed Markets orders (short version - not a good idea to use it on those). That will undoubtedly save us, and probably some other merchants, from future headaches.

I can't recommend Cleverific Order Editing App enough! This tool has completely revolutionized how I manage my Shopify store. The automation features are incredibly powerful, allowing me to streamline my workflow seamlessly. Cleverific has been a game changer for our ecommerce business. Address changes were the number one customer service request we were fielding on a daily basis, often causing frustrations when our orders shipped out faster than the address changes could be communicated. Adding a 15 minute hold to our order processing to allow for customers to adjust addresses themselves has already cut down on the number of requests we're recieving in just a few weeks of having the app installed on our website. I couldn't recommend this app enough!

Super easy to set up, terrific customer support - so far customers love it and use it saving our customer support team loads of time, racing to update orders before the UPS pickup arrives.

Has a setting that refunds edited orders by default, automatically enabled. App in no way lets you know that it will be refunding orders by default. Support was no help as far as cancelling the refund we did not approve. Potentially massive problem, we are currently at the mercy of our customer being willing to pay a second time after receiving everything already.

Cleverific Order Editor has reduced our CX load significantly. It works well, is intuitive for customers to understand, and is easy to set up.

We've used this app for years and it is tried and true. When a rare issue does come up, their support is quick and responsive. I definitely recommend it!
