This app saved us a ton of work when editing orders, requesting for additional payments from our customers and getting the latest order information. They have a great help section with everything you could need to know laid out in front of you. If you can't figure something out, their support team is always very quick to help.

Very, very handy app. For features that should actually be built in but nonetheless they aren't. Excellent tech support (on the weekend) which is good for a entrepreneur running more than one business. Used minimum of my time and did most of the heavy lifting in the background then got back to me by email. Therefore I could review at MY convenience, unlike many support services (Microsoft?!) - thanks Mike

Love this app. Love the folks behind it. We use it to edit orders and are starting to use their latest feature, the ability to create orders. We have lots of phone orders and the Shopify experience does not let us add any properties, which is vital to our business. Edit Order has given us a UI that works. In addition, we had a question and they got back to us right away and were really open to hearing our use cases to make their product better.

Saves time. Time = money. Good deal. I mainly use edit order to pull abandoned carts and create usable orders out them in a few clicks. Previously we would have to manually type up abandoned carts into a separate order. Edit order has saved us a ton of time by this feature alone.
