This app does exactly what I need it to do! We use a separate POS in our store on are too busy on the weekends to scan items in Shopify so on Mondays I manually add all the orders from the weekends and back date them. Editify does it perfectly! And the support is excellent! I had a question and Alberto scheduled a video call with me immediately to walk me through what I needed to do.
This app is my secret weapon. We sell a few products that include a lot of sub-components and bundles. Edity allows us to have a consistent customer experience while juggling orders on the backend.
I wouldn’t recommend this app if you’re using it to backdate orders. Great support but it is not doing what I need. When I backdate an order it makes a second order with the desired date and if the customer paid already then I have to go to Shopify admin and reach out to tech support for assistance to properly delete the order i no longer need. I found a loop hole by inputting an order on Shopify ...
5 stars for support. I had very good experience. Professional, quick, polite, flexible. I got answers to all questions what I had in few minutes.
About App. I was looking for possibility to add backdate orders and this app met my requirements. Easy to use, I solved my problem very quickly. Thank you very much!
UPDATE: The app creator indicated that the pricing & features bug described below is fixed (I didn't test it though). They also indicated they are working on a solution to allow editing of orders created by another app.
The pricing and features of this app are not listed correctly. The app does not allow you to edit orders at the "starter" tier, only at the "pro" tier.
