Editly: Order Editing

The support in this app has been absolutely excellent - I have been trialling this for my store so that my customers can edit their orders themselves, and they have been so so helpful, even developing features that will help specifically for what I need for my store. I really appreciate the help that they have given and I truly believe this will help benefit my store :)

Excellent app and outstanding support!

This is a live example with my active customer - The customer selected the wrong shipping option and contacted us immediately after placing the order. With this app, we were able to update the shipping option without canceling the order. This feature alone has saved us a lot of time and unnecessary back-and-forth.

A special thanks to Paresh for his excellent communication, technical support, and commitment to improving the app based on real merchant needs. He was highly responsive and even connected with me directly via WhatsApp to guide me through the app's features and help set everything up in store.

Great for what you get free of charge. This can help reduce customer support. Features are vast and all can be administered easily. Only points are in the cutoff times it would be great if you could also adjust the weekday itself because many sellers do not need to have cutoff times siwtched on on weekends as orders are being collected until Monday mornings e.g. And if you use a customer account app such as Customer Hub or similar it would be great to havea possibility for integrations as well.
