Just started using this app and encountered some technical difficulties while importing reviews. For some reason, the imported reviews could not show up. Dropped the support team an email and they responded fast and went in to help me with the code. I am very appreciative of the fast response. The issue I had with my store was also resolved. Thank you once again!

I used this app to import Amazon reviews. Very easy to use and easy to modify them. Great app so far.

I used this app to upload AliExpress reviews and product videos. I had an issue with the videos not showing on the mobile version but contacted support they fixed it quickly. Moshe was very helpful. Thank you. I definitely recommend to everyone who is using AliExpress for their store.

I came across an issue where the reviews I selected through Aliexpress was not appearing on my product page. I ended up emailing the support team and they were so quick to respond to my query. All I had to do was add them as a staff to my store and they took care of the rest. Not only they managed to fix the review issue but they also managed to add the ratings on my collection page as well which I was struggling to figure out the whole day!
I can't thank Editorify enough for providing such great assistance that resulted in a positive outcome especially on a Sunday!

This is such a great app. Reviews let buyers know your product is trusted and that you deliver. I am happy that I was able to show this by loading reviews that already existed. THE SUPPORT IF SOOO GOOD. I really appreciate that.

I used this app to get reviews for my store and it worked seamlessly! The plugin feature on google chrome is super useful and they provide lots of personalising . The support I received when querying a billing charge was super fast, effective and we resolved the matter with ease and convenience.

The APP works and makes life easier. Though, it is not compatible with Explorer (so the users visiting my web with Explorer won't see any reviews...) Though, I'm using it.
