The support team has been awesome. The app has some nice features such as being able to get reviews off Amazon and it also allows you to download the videos. The app also loads after your webpage which has sped up loading times on my site in a noticeable way.
I first tried Ali Reviews and it wasnt working for me, then i heard about Editorify and tried it. What i was trying to do with Ali Reviews in a few hours i was able to do with Editorify within minutes. After i installed Editorify i realized that there were other blank star ratings. I made a facebook post asking if anyone knew why and Edna from Editorify support group reached out to me and literally within seconds found the issue for me.Best support help ive ever had from any company. I have the free plan and will upgrade to the paid version. Its really cheap and worth it. It also integrates with Oberlo and makes it so simple. Im giving the 5 stars without question. Overall im very satisfied with the app and the support you get from Editorify.

I really like that you can a lot of customization using editorify, if a feature you want is not here, you can always contact the support to implement it. Kudos to Mike
This is the only app you need for social proof! Use it to import reviews from multiple marketplaces and get more visitors to convert on your site. Moshe Is great and handles/fixes all your questions and issues very promptly. Highly recommend
I catched reviews from Aliexpress, and they all shown at top of my site, which makes me think "this app must be kiding", I was disappoint at first. BUT I ask help by email and they replied really fast!!! Just 2 emails written, problem solved!! Really trustable!
