Mike helped me with an issue that almost had me delete this app. I love this app and always have but in a new store I set up the review count would not show up on the collection page. Mike, rather quickly, went into my store and fixed the coding so that it would work. Thank you! I love this app and was not looking forward to finding another one!
This is the only app I've paid for so far in my shop. Excellent app. I also had trouble with centering my reviews on my product page - I contacted support and they fixed it within a couple of hours. Thank you, loving the app!
Great experience both with the support and with the app, i was using other review app which is very popular, but nothing to compare to Editorify, love this app and for sure will recommend to other people.
I must say I had the best experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. Modshe made sure that everything was taken care of and I mean everything. It was done really fast too. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem but was immediately resolved by the developer. They approached me in all platforms (FB and Email) and even sent a screenshot that they had resolved the issue, it was just few minutes after I notified them the issue. They are very fast, Customer service is on top notch. The developers do care about the users.

So far I have no complaints or suggestions at the moment. It seems to be quite easy with this app to import reviews from Amazon which is who I import my products through. I would say outstanding job
I started using the Editorify App! It is great! It was easy to install! I can import reviews and write my own ones. It also supports videos! Very configurable and easy to use! I had an issue and support helped me very fast! I switched to premium!
