trash app and customer service. It's janky and inefficient. Had problems with their app and their solution was for me to delete my subscription

We did attempt to troubleshoot your issue with multiple requests for specific information, and when we couldn't resolve it to your satisfaction, we promptly processed your refund as requested. That's the main reason we asked you to delete the app from your store, so we could process your refund. we wish you success with your business.
Not only does the application seamlessly connect to your shopify store but the support team is excellent and responds fast and helps out tremendously. Great tool for your store
