Lo que más valoramos es que permite responder dudas en tiempo real, sin complicarle la vida al cliente. Funciona como un canal directo y familiar, ideal para quienes necesitan aclarar algo antes de comprar o quieren consultar por un pedido existente.
La personalización es muy completa: puedes ajustar colores, tamaño, posición, el mensaje inicial y hasta definir qué páginas deben mostrar el botón. También es muy útil poder activarlo solo en ciertos dispositivos o establecer un horario de atención para evitar mensajes fuera de hora.
