Excelente app, simple y muy efectiva.

Esta app es justo lo que necesitábamos para mejorar la comunicación con nuestros clientes. La instalación fue rápida, la configuración es intuitiva y el botón se integra perfectamente con la tienda sin afectar el diseño ni la velocidad.

Desde que la usamos, aumentaron las consultas y la tasa de respuesta es mucho más rápida, lo que se traduce en más confianza y más ventas. Es una herramienta imprescindible para cualquier tienda que quiera ofrecer atención directa y cercana.

La app hace exactamente lo que promete: agrega un botón de chat que realmente ayuda a convertir más visitas en conversaciones y, al final, en ventas. Lo que más valoramos es que permite responder dudas en tiempo real, sin complicarle la vida al cliente. Funciona como un canal directo y familiar, ideal para quienes necesitan aclarar algo antes de comprar o quieren consultar por un pedido existente.

La personalización es muy completa: puedes ajustar colores, tamaño, posición, el mensaje inicial y hasta definir qué páginas deben mostrar el botón. También es muy útil poder activarlo solo en ciertos dispositivos o establecer un horario de atención para evitar mensajes fuera de hora.

Otro punto fuerte es lo bien que se integra con la tienda: no afecta la velocidad, no requiere conocimientos técnicos y se configura en minutos. Para cualquier negocio que quiera mejorar su soporte y aumentar conversiones a través de WhatsApp, esta app se nota pensada con detalle y orientada a resultados.
