I'm so disappointed. We were assigned to an experiment, but we couldn't get the data. We asked questions, but customer service didn't reply. They said they would reply to us via email, but we haven't heard from them for a month.

amazingly good software for A/B testing, the optionality and customizability couldn't be any better, they are very engaged with the clients as well and take your suggestions very seriously which on it's on is very valuable, the 14 days trial makes it very worth while to understand the value it's bringing and more than enough to explore it's options before committing to any payment which I always look for in a new app

Easily the best A/B test app have used. Alot of flexibility and options for experiments. The slack channel with CRO Expert Marko was hugely valuable and the calls we had talking through our tests helped massively.

We've been able to get up to speed quickly with a variety of testing on the basic plan. With a few early wins, this app has paid for itself 100x over in no time. Great support along the way has been a major bonus.

I've been very happy with Elevate, the app was really easy to use and had some quick win testing which was nice. I didn't need to reach out much, but when I did, I was able to get quick responses. Looking forward to more updates with the app.

great app, does exactly what you want! My only concern is personally having to go up from $100 to $500 if you want to test worldwide instead of only your main country makes it a bit expensive.

The best A/B testing tool i've ever used. Ive used intelligems, replo, mida, and vwo - and for me elevate is the clear winner.

MCP access with claude, amazing UI, you can do almost everything that you can do on intellegims. But its much more fairly priced.

The team is awesome and highly supportive as well.

Easy to use and customer service is also very helpful

We've been using the platform for just over a month now as a pretty non-technical team just getting started with CRO. Elevate is such an easy and intuitive platform to use and presents very rich data in an easy to understand manner. They take feedback and implement changes very quickly, there are many tutorials and ideas provided and they also have a free call with one of the experts to map a CRO journey for you. We love using the platform and try to launch a test at least once every 7-10 days. They also have an integration with Microsoft Clarity to visually see the impact of the A/B tests. Heaps of features and amazing support!
