I have used this app for a few years now and have only had 1 problem but it was due to an update, that I hadn't performed. I contacted their support team and they were on it right away. They corresponded with me and took care of everything. That doesn't happen these days so, Yes, I am very happy with this APP and Felix who was my contact.

Service was exceptional and helped me get set up so quickly.

We installed this app because we had a 'bot' attack, it was making thousands of customer accounts each day and putting fraudulent orders through. Love Love Love this app. I was having so many issues with Bots and found this app. John was so helpful , I had trouble loading the correct forms so sent an email and he promptly sort it . This app is a lifesaver

I was getting slammed with spam and other options for a captcha email form were really ugly and did not seem to work. Then I discovered John and his team and they did something magic to my site (with no changes to my existing email contact form) and the spam totally stopped! I'm so relieved. So many thanks to John and team.
