The app is simple and easy to use after experiencing some difficulties the friendly people at customer support were very helpful and we resolved the problem. The only changes I would like to see are that customers can't be unsubscribed and messages cannot be manually sent.

Support is just great, very quick response at any time and they always made efforts to solve my doubts asap. About the app, is user friendly and with the free version fits just very good enough for our needs as a new company. For sure for upcoming increasing sales will get Pro-Version.

App does what is says, had a couple issues getting setup that were promptly fixed thanks to their great support.

This app makes it so simple to update customers when items are back in stock, which is exactly what I needed. Claire was also very helpful and responsive when I had some questions about how certain aspects work. She even took the initiative to remind me that I could remove the app's branding now that I'm on a paid plan, and then handled that update for me. Would definitely recommend!
