This app makes it so simple to update customers when items are back in stock, which is exactly what I needed. Claire was also very helpful and responsive when I had some questions about how certain aspects work. She even took the initiative to remind me that I could remove the app's branding now that I'm on a paid plan, and then handled that update for me. Would definitely recommend!

We love this app for the site. And our customers love it too! It helps us to recognize which products our customers love best and want us to keep in stock. Their customer service is also excellent and prompt. When we needed help correcting some back-end issues they we prompt and polite. And fixed the issue within minutes. We highly recommended this app to other businesses looking to add the back-in-stock feature to their site.

Very good app with a great customer support! Gives the possibility to replace the sold out button with "Notify me" when back in stock buttons and it works very well! Perfect is the option to also replace the sold out button in the collections in addition to product pages. No problem to brand the buttons so that it fits well in your store, possibility to change almost all the settings and the customer service is great! I have contacted them several times with small issues regarding the app setup, they reply fast and the issues have always been resolved within 24 hours. Great app!

ASK for Claire !!!! She is INCREDIBLE!!!! She has helped me 2x today & solved every issue for me, QUICK! Exactly what I was after! Love the clean look and is customisable even on the free plan which is important to me before i commit.

Claire was a fabulous help to me in setting it up. Was a complete user error, not the app at all haha

Works great, just what we needed for our business.

Had a small problem, the widget was not visible on the product page. Had to contact the customer support and they solved the issue in a couple of minutes and were really nice. Great customer support experience. Thanks!

Customer service is truly a VIP experience. They fix things almost immediately. The always seem to understand the issue. I'm not going to lie. I expected less. But, if you are looking for back in stock alerts at an affordable price, then this is the app for you. Really great all around.

Excellent customer service, had one small issue during setup, it was QUICKLY fixed. (45 seconds) I recommend this application on support assistance alone and the fact that it adds a needed feature is excellent.

This app is great for keeping track of products we should restock and notifying our customers as soon as we do. Had an issue getting the button enabled after changing website themes but Catherine helped solved the problem in no time!
