Have been using this app for months, and so far, any issue I have, I've had great support and is fixed quickly. Great app add-on!

The app is simple and easy to use after experiencing some difficulties the friendly people at customer support were very helpful and we resolved the problem. The only changes I would like to see are that customers can't be unsubscribed and messages cannot be manually sent.

Customer support was super helpful as I was trying to integrate this app! Highly recommend this app and team of developers.

Now that I have been using the app for over a month, the test email and text doesn't work and I have many customers claiming that they never received a notification. When I emailed them screenshots of the problem, they denied there was a problem and then 2 hours later they said they needed time to research it. I deleted the app and went back to the Back in Stock app which costs more but never stopped working.
