Great app, really good for notifying customers when a product is back in stock. Fast support via in-app chat too.
Had a great experience with Claire. Very professionell and friendly. She solved my problem within seconds
So far, so good. I just installed it and ran some test emails. Mariadel, with chat support, stuck with me to help customize my email template. Customer service assistance was fast and helpful. I look forward to a long relationship. Not sure how I never thought to add an app like this to my store. Glad I did and glad I chose this one.

I admire the setup they've come up with. Especially the capability to send SMS alerts that worked even in Africa with no fuss and a free plan to boost start-ups and small businesses. I had a few (many to be honest) preferences in customisation. That said, Catherine and Madr... from support really helped a bunch to satisfy all my requests. That's awesome. I sure do strongly recommend.
