Terrible customer support. Nona the support bot, contradicted herself by staying that you need to enable the sell out of stock button when you use this app to function, then said you do not need to do that, then said she would have to check with the development team. meanwhile the app hasn't worked since we installed it over a week ago, and my customers have been able to so purchase items out of stock since the app has been installed. Nona would not answer direct questions. extremely frustrating. SO I emailed support directly, let's see how that goes.

Update: and from your reply, still the issue I have experienced was not addressed. the out of stock button was not functioning on most of my products, and the ones that it did function on the app was allowing people to buy out of stock, Instead of replying to a review to CYOA you should direct customer support to respond to my direct email of support and get this fixed. that's where your energy should go.

We are so sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with our app.
If the Continue selling when out of stock button is enabled in the Products section of your Shopify admin, our button will not be shown and also the item can be purchased. If you use our anther feature in the app called Display the buttons even Continue selling when OOS, then our button will be shown and also your customer can purchase the item.

Really bad experience! An error in the app meant that items that are not tracked in Shopify also showed as out of stock, which we did not discover for a week and subsequently lost a lot of sales! After contacting their support departement, the issue has still not been fixed even days later! The app has now been deleted and replaced with another alternative.

I am very sorry for the delay and the inconvenience it has caused you. We checked the problem and our button needs to track the inventory to determine whether the product is on sale, but the product does not track the inventory, and our database obtains that the inventory of the product is all negative, so it is judged to be out of stock. still shows up after deleting the app. email notifications do not work. doesnt work on variants or on mobile device
