does not work! Keep giving test email error. Cant change colors in the template. Waste of time.Very complicated to make changes

I was excited about this app though unfortunately this app was incredibly hard and tedious to use :/ I would not recommend for sellers.

This is a very straightforward app. I love it. It really connect my landing page subscribers to thank you emails. I also had an issue when I first install it. It was due to a preference on our side. Although that was nothing to do with Autoketing Team, they tried to help a lot. So thank you guys!

Such a nice app to create personalised messages for customers. makes them feel very special that I can leave personal notes instead of computer generated updates

Bit disappointed with this App. All emails being sent out are ending up in customer's junk mailboxes. Would be nice if somebody could help me out with this problem. Or give me an advice how to fix it. Thanks

This is very good app for marketing, i used its all qualities. it seems very easy and compact. i used it first time and it was very easy to use.

I want to use this app for my customers but I wish it didn't have the customer's information when they receive the thank you notification.

I would give this app 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that all the emails get sent to spam, making the app completely useless, I tried contacting support but they just replied with it has to do with the settings of each user, however I changed the settings of my email so I would make sure that the email from where it was sent was authorized, and it still got put in spam. It started off great sent 30 emails 12 read them then used limit 10/10 app just stopped. I did upgrade when i loaded the app on my site so in billing i have a $7usd which 10.90 AUD charge. I cannot send test emails so I have to use another email and subscribe to our own newsletter to me. And the result is ugly as hell. Too much spacing between paragraphs and it's not mobile-optimized. I need to cancel my subscription ASAP.

Purchased this app but doesn't work too well.

It sends thank-you emails to NON customers (e.g abandoned checkout) which creates a massive confusion with the customer - making them believe they have placed an order when they haven't.

We have received poor reviews on our social media and Google because of this, where customers think we force an order on them.
