I'm a big fan! I really like how they set up their flows. A bit of a curve, but you have so much control. Great customer support as well. Sean was the agent I dealt with and he was super quick and helpful. I migrated from Mail Chimp. Definitely an upgrade!

Just started using this app. and I instantly took a liking to it. I tried a couple other apps that were similar and this app is hands down the best of all. Easy to use, and has great pre-made template, that you just edit to your liking. What's even better is it tracks whether your customer opened the e-mail and whether they clicked on anything. Also keeps track of their spending habits on your website.

I'm using the free portion of the app to create new notifications for my store. This is a very powerful tool that doesn't require any html knowledge. When using any new program, it can take some time to learn the ins and outs to get the most out of the software. I would recommend this app to others that are looking for a simple means of really dressing up your email notifications.

When creating new notifications, you need to export the code, then copy and paste it into Shopify. There is a Klaviyo watermark at the bottom of the notification, but with a bit of html know how, you can delete the lines of code that displays the Klaviyo logo.
