Orderly Emails ‑ Templates App

Biggest no-brainer purchase in the Shopify App Store to date. The theme we purchased had a complimentary theme back built right for it. So easy. So fast.

Email template collections should be a thing with a new section in the Shopify App/Theme stores.

This is one of the best app not only for emailing but overall apps that I am using. Very easy to install and customize. Beautifully and professionally designed templates that you can easily customize with a lot of options that you can add or remove with just one click. Actually you don’t even need to customize it because it is so smart to read your website and prepare a template matching your website’s fonts, colours etc. Working perfectly with Shopify’s automated emails, once you install your template no need to touch ever again. Plus you purchase only once, no monthly payments. Great support too, although you might not need at all. It is a must app to send beautiful and professional notifications to your clients.

This is a good way to change the default look and feel of the Shopify notifications. Nice designs and relatively easy to use. It would be great to be able to add meta field includes without having to add them in a separate editor during the copy and pasting.

This app is regularly updated and it only gets better. I think it is definitely great value for money. Well-branded emails can take your customer's experience to a whole new level - this app does just that.
The team is super-responsive.

Easy to use, but I'm very annoyed that the shipping confirmation email includes, BY DEFAULT, a 10% off coupon code…that does not exist in my shop, and was sent out to all of my customers without my knowledge.

EDIT: The customer service is amazing. Bjorn responded to my concern almost immediately, and edited all of the themes available in the app to remove the default coupon code included in the shipment confirmation email template. The app was great otherwise, and I'm very impressed by the customer service so I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars.

We customised our notification emails using Orderly Emails. The templates are easy to use and look beautiful, making our brand image more cohesive. The instructions for installation are really clear and don't require any coding knowledge. We were so happy with this app that we also use Orderly Printer for our packing slips/ invoices.

Very nice and clean design. Easy to set up! It also allows extent of flexibility to modify your e-mail notification to customers!
