Locked in to purchase simply to change header image. Re programs your code to make it almost impossible to do it on your own. If you revert to default templates still uses your old header image for abandon cart and other features.

Thanks for the feedback. Sounds like something our support team can help you with, they are available 24/7 to help. When you click "Revert to default" in the Shopify Admin for an email, it goes back to Shopify's default templates. Note: It will still include anything you have set in the Shopify Admin's default email settings (logo + color), which are not controlled, editor or change by Orderly Emails.

Feels like it belongs in our brand
Orderly stands out because it’s beautifully designed and calm to use. It doesn’t feel like “software,” it feels intentional. Clean, considered, and not trying too hard.

This app has been designed with very good attention to detail and ease of use. Everything works as I would expect. Receiving updates as Shopify adds new email messages is a wonderful benefit too. Wonderful.

Interface is good and easy to work with, but the fact that I needed to copy and paste everyone of the notifications manually into shopify from "Orderly Emails” to shopify is not great especially this day in age of Tech advancement. Expected the email notifications to seamlessly synch between apps!

Thanks for the feedback, and for using our app. We totally agree with you! We've been hounding Shopify for years to add an Email Templates API or any other way that we can automatically sync your templates into Shopify. I actually sent them a screenshot of your review yesterday. We watch any Shopify updates closely for changes around this, and rest assured will implement same day that it becomes possible.
