We've been using their templates + our own liquid modifications for a long time. Recently, we had an issue with an update causing links to break on old emails. This was potentially a very serious issue but OrderlyEmails support was understanding, flexible and quick to implement a permanent fix for the problem. Issues and bugs arise in any system and so when they do, the real test of a developer is how they handle it. Thank you to the FORSBERG+two ApS team for their great support.

One of my favorite apps. It's super simple to customize and install the new email templates. Great customer service too! Highly recommend OrderlyEmails! :)
Amazing app. Love it and excellent customer feedback. Best of all it is so easy to install and adapt over time as required.
I needed some help to modify the Order confirmation using liquid. The support was fast and helpful. A very good app with very good support.
Great app. Makes it easy to send polished emails to customers. Other apps are somewhat more flexible but way more complicated. OrderlyEmails strikes a really good balance. I put off updating our emails for so long figuring it would cumbersome. Not so with OrderlyEmails - it made it truly painless, fun even. Even the copy/paste part was made easy through the app compared with say Klaviyo. Because the app builds the code for you based on the inputs in the app template, future enhancements by the developer will also be super easy to use. Highly recommend.
