What an excellent app to give our customer service emails a professional edge. It was a cinch to install, come packed with incredible features and not a single line of code was required to get it up and running. The in-app support message service was a nice touch - I got a complimentary modification to the app within 24 hrs which saved me a heap of time. You'd be crazy not to download this app. It's the best money you'll ever spend. Thanks again, guys.

I used Spently app for our emails. It costs $9.99 monthly. I thinks it's too expensive for transaction emails. So I was looking for good email templates on themeforest.net. But it was not easy to customize email templates for shopify. But I found that they make an amazing email app. Yon don't need to pay monthly.

I have some feature requests. It would be great if you could add promotional ads to the emails. And I'd like to add custom buttons to shipping confirmation email. We need buttons of different tracking URLs for some countries.

Such a great app. The developers were super helpful when we first installed it as I wanted to do some small coding (which isn't my field). They helped along the way. Super happy. Would recommend this App to other stores

What an amazing mail app!
I was struggling to create beautiful email notifications for my customers and when I came across Orderly, my prayers were answered. Orderly provides fantastic emails in particular for customer invoicing and shipping. I was very impressed that the tracking number was not only present on the email so that customer didn't need to get redirected, but also that a customer would be able to press a button called "track my order" from the email and be immediately redirected to the Australia post website with the tracking number already inputed in the search. Love this App! Has transformed our simple and unattractive default email templates to very professional and easy to read emails. Every contact you have with a customer is a potential for future sales so the OrderlyEmails App is definitely worth investing in. Very simple to do the initial set up and to tweak the email wording to reflect your branding.

Really straightforward to use - and so much easier to write the copy when you are able to see all the text in a 'customer' format (as opposed to HTML or Javascript).

We have been using OrderlyEmails for about 7 years now. The templates are beautiful and are easy to install and work with. We've never had an issue. This week, we had a question about a Shopify update that could affect some of the templates and the response from their customer service was fast and incredibly thorough. After their help, I was able to address the issue immediately. I can't recommend this developer enough.
