This is my second purchase from Bjorn and it won't be the last - I hope he keeps on making apps that just WORK and do what they say - right out of the box!! This application makes emails look good, and say what you want, and is a snap to use - even a non-tech like me. It's flawless. Thanks!

this application is great, if you want to have professional emails, easy to configure and super pretty, do not hesitate to install it. And the support is great, they respond very quickly and they always make sure to bring you a solution to your problem.

I have had this app for a couple of years. I use a few of their apps. Making changes is very difficult. I have sent one message via Shopify and one email directly to them with no response. Other reviews say "No coding", that's wrong. Trying to make adjustments now, and it's very difficult. I will star looking for other options for all of their apps unfortunately.

I really like these templates, which look good and are extremely easy to customize. Also, Bjorn's customer service was terrific. Highly recommended.

Needed some help with deleting some themes, they helped me within 10 minutes. Also, the emails are very easy to customise so i would recommend this for everyone to use!

Loving the application!

These is exactly what I am looking for! I will always recommend this application! easy to set it up. I have'nt do some tests yet, but I like its features. I'll give another feedback after I finished testing all applications and before I launched my website.

This sounds like a great app, but for some reason it's not working for us. I've tried for 2 weeks now.

1 - The template wasn't showing our logo and requested font types, etc
then
2 - Addresses in emails (confirmations) weren't showing properly. Making our customers anxious and us looking bad.

Support - It seems that the support didn't want to acknowledge that the issue was with the app. None of these issues happened prior to installing the app.
Shopify support Tier 2, has confirmed it's the app, but Support just wont help or acknowledge it's an issue or even a POTENTIAL issue with the app.

Poor form.
