We customised our notification emails using Orderly Emails. The templates are easy to use and look beautiful, making our brand image more cohesive. The instructions for installation are really clear and don't require any coding knowledge. We were so happy with this app that we also use Orderly Printer for our packing slips/ invoices.
Very nice and clean design. Easy to set up! It also allows extent of flexibility to modify your e-mail notification to customers!
Whilst this app may seem expensive to some, its actually great value. You get all the templates, great design and most importantly a great template editor to manage them on an ongoing basis. Great support on a few issues with Shopify introducing the store pick up feature which we like - thx.

Just to let you know, we have updated the app to support the new code needed for Shopify's Pickup feature in the Order confirmation emails. This includes all 18 languages that the app supports.
The old text was the following:
"Thank you for your purchase, this email confirms your order. You will get another email as soon as your order is shipped."
Which has now been replaced with:
"Thank you for your purchase, this email confirms your order. We will send you another email as soon as your order is {% if pickup_in_store? %}ready for pickup{% else %}shipped{% endif %}."

What a great app, with super support!! You will save a lot of time with this, and in the same time get professional templates.
Very impressed. Great qualify and love the autobuild feature and visual editor - very polished. Mega bonus that orderly email templates automatically supported the third party product options app (Bold) I had installed - I was expecting to have to insert code.
J'utilise cette application pour créer tous les emails en lien avec notre identité visuelle. Cette application est simple à utiliser, elle a beaucoup de fonctionnalités et propose aussi l'intégration de systèmes de suivi de colis (autres applications) sans devoir écrire une seule ligne de code !
Bjorn est aussi très réactif et aidant si vous avez un problème. J'ai testé plusieurs autres app mais c'est la seule qui offre toutes ces possibilités et surtout qui est facile à prendre en main. Je recommande vivement :-)

Super simple to use and emails now look great. They really couldn't have made it any easier to get great looking emails. Support is amazing as well with a really fast response. Top marks all round and really pleased we found this app and company. Looking forward to seeing what else they come up with.
