Orderly are so fantastic, I've never received such great customer service from a company. We were having some technical issues with uploading imagery, and Lauro went above and beyond to help upload the imagery for us. So friendly and so speedy, was such a huge help at a very stressful time!

In addition to their customer service, the app itself is phenomenal, with excellent customisation options. Our Shopify emails now perfectly match our Klaviyo emails, and are so beautifully on brand. I couldn't recommend Orderly enough. Thank you so so much!

Their programing is messed up. Cannot order a new template without renewing the current one. I am not paying $198.00 just to get the same newer template without errors. Customer service was zero help. You have to cont them to have logos replaced or removed.

Using Orderly for quite a time now. Easy to handle and great & quick support! Specially Lauro helped me out very well, specially with fixing issues. If you want easy templates to customize easy without developer, can definetly recommend it!
