The chat support feature great. When I had an issue and question about the form - I was able to quickly speak to someone from their team. It is a very easy app to use! I am able to create a form and make edits quickly. Harmish and Chirag were very helpful.

Just started using this to build out forms and came across an issue I could not resolve. Tech responded right away through chat and helped me resolve the issue - top tip, when adding options, do not use the enter key on your number pad :) So far very easy to use!
This app is great for embedding multiple custom forms! It doesn't have any glitchy issues and works great. The customer service is also very helpful. I had a specific request and they were able to work with the app to accommodate what I needed. Overall, would recommend!
Since I am a very satisfied user of the app, I used the same app for my 2nd shop. But now with more updates from developer, these made the app more powerful and flexible. Customer service was so helpful because I had some customization requests to tailor fit the requirements and results.
First, it looked too simple. But once its running, I realized that it was how I wanted it to be. Simple and easy to manage yet complete with the functions needed. It has the flexibility to customize the forms and results. Also, their customer service responses are fast and very friendly.

Excellent support and quick responses from Chirag! He knows exactly what you need and was very helpful in getting our contact form up and running. The best features of this app are the ability to enable reCAPTCHA and multiple email recipients based on selections. Overall, highly recommended!
