ShipCancel lets customers cancel orders before they ship, checking ShipBob status in real-time.

ShipCancel connects your Shopify store with ShipBob to give customers a safe way to cancel orders themselves. When a customer places an order, a cancel button appears on their Order Status page with a countdown timer. If they click cancel, ShipCancel checks the ShipBob shipment status in real-time. If the shipment is still within your configured rules, the app cancels the ShipBob shipment, cancels the Shopify order, issues a refund, and tags the order for your records.
