Powerful SMS Platform - Highly Recommended!
We've been working with Emotive for several years now. They are continually rolling out new services that make our web store integration stronger and more successful. This is not another platform that you download or integrate with and then you are left to fend for yourself. We get constant guidance and assistance with regular calls with our account representatives. Whether it is ideas for new campaigns, attribution settings, copywriting, or refreshing our automated flows, they are there to help. If you are looking for a powerful tool to grow your business through SMS marketing, Emotive is hands down the best that is out there!
I have been working with Emotive for a few years by now. Tried a different company but the results were not good and the customer service was bad. Decided to go back to Emotive and have been working with Ian. She is a very responsible, creative, responsive, and reliable person to work with.
Results are good and will continue to work with her and Emotive as long as the results are there and sales improve.
We enjoyed working with Emotive! Their team is always very responsive and they also help you plan out and schedule your campaigns. We had a good experience working with our customer success manager. Overall, they’re a great solution for brands whether looking to get started on SMS or to grow their list!

Pros:
Great customer service and representative team- every member I've worked with on our service has been fantastic.
The service is robust with good analytics and best case studies. However, getting customers phone numbers can prove challenging and there needs to be specific consideration to your strategy of how you will do so.
It is probably the best text tool available on the market at this time, and they have a good ROAs return rate, assuming you have new customers and phone numbers collecting at all times.
They paired us up with a similar company to review what they were doing which was a fantastic aid.
Cons:
You cannot leave their contract and are essentially signing onto a year-long contract.
Currently there are more companies doing this type of advertising and customers are more likely to unsubscribe as opposed to email. We've had several customers be disappointed that they could not call us, or had to explain why we had an American # when we are based in Canada.
Overall, we would recommend them but be aware you are signing up for a year long term and will need strategy on new customer acquisition and for ways to collect phone numbers, which isn't always easiest at times. However, their team has been very helpful.
We have absolutely loved working with SMS. JC has been our contact along with Trish and they both have gone above and beyond to help expand our reach with customers and improve our SMS skills. We appreciate all that they’ve done. JC has also done so much in regards to aiding our SMS practices. He has taught me so much and always has great ideas.
