I have been working with Emotive for a few years by now. Tried a different company but the results were not good and the customer service was bad. Decided to go back to Emotive and have been working with Ian. She is a very responsible, creative, responsive, and reliable person to work with.

Great support and super easy to set up! We literally spent 5 minutes and we were all set with the Pixel. Oftentimes times, when setting up new software, the onboarding is slow this exceeds my expectations. Additionally, we have seen a huge lift in only 3 weeks thousands in recovered revenue and customer data.
The customer service is great. They helped me get all the important things set up during the trial period. They were willing to accommodate for my seasonal business and gave me a discount and support even though I wasn't able to sign a year contract.
