Endear has completely transformed how we connect with our customers! As a retail CRM built specifically for our industry, it finally gives us the tools we need to provide personalized service at scale.
What really stands out is how intuitive the platform is. The app was incredibly easy to implement with no dev help needed, and the entire experience has been seamless. Our team was up and running quickly, and even new hires pick it up without difficulty.
The unified customer profiles are fantastic – we can see purchase history, preferences, and all interactions in one place across both online and in-store channels. The automated campaigns for SMS, email, and WhatsApp save us so much time while still feeling personal to our customers. Endear is a great tool for leveling up brand/client engagement.
All client data from Shopify is immediately available in Endear, enabling our team to action strategic outreach based on purchase history and previous communication. From one email/text to an individual to larger group segmented messaging - Endear has the filtering capabilities to allow us to create personalized, effective messaging at all scales.
The Endear team is always there to help and hear our feedback which makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
App potential is awesome but a number of basic features require the $300 mo. plan. For example, just being able to create a customer group based on product ordered requires this high tier plan as opposed to the $60 or $160 monthly one.
I get software developers invest a lot of money to build out these tools and cannot give the service away, but to put in perspective, SalesForce Enterprise is $165 mo. by comparsion.
For this app expect to pay $3600 a year to use most features. At least for us, anything extra we want to do requires the $300 plan. We can at do some extremely basic (but useful) stuff in the app for $60mo and will use this for that until we can evaluate other options.
