I really appreciate the app’s functionality when it works—it’s a great tool for recovering abandoned carts! However, it frequently gets stuck on 'Processing…', which can be frustrating. Could the developers please address this issue? Thanks for your hard work!
It's a great idea. But, only worked once for me. Now, just keep getting errors when creating a draft order out of abandoned cart. Then it takes me to a different shopify store. It's a bit concerning.

I am sorry to see that you have faced a problem. If you will allow us we can check the issue and give you a timely resolution for same.
This is a whole lot of "NOPE!". Install take seconds and seems easy enough to use. But every abandon cart i tried to convert to a draft, i got App error messages saying "Unable to fetch checkout from shopify" with a clickable link (where it supposed to go, no one knows) that doesnt work either, dead link. The contact support button takes you to some shady unknown Whatsapp url to a company that has no name.
Extremely helpful app in abandoned cart recovery with a personal touch. No more robotic responses, add more personable responses & product enticement. TFC&H Co approved!!! Also customer service is expedient & helpful.
