Terrible results, the campaign they setup shoved 30% of the budget into LLA that did nothing while prospecting failed to deliver anything better than 1.5X and their remarketing failed utterly with 0.
Overall we lost hundreds of dollars with this App and their customer service is poor, never replying to any of our messages. You are better off using advnatage+ than wasting money on this app. Not seen even a second of profitability, very disapointing given the claims they make.
Additionally they have tried to resolve this by telling me I can have a refund if i remove this review which is a terrible way to do customer service and given that i had setup a meeting with Lara to resolve my complaint about their terrible customer service and poor performance shows they don't communicate with each other.
I would have removed or updated this review should the meeting with Lara have actually resulted in a solution... instead im back here telling you all that they are a bit rubbish and you might be better of trying somewhere else. They have failed at everything so far. From results to customer care to communication. Don't waste your time!
Multiple emails to them without a reply. No audience ever created.
