I am very disappointed with this app. Despite having an account manager who occasionally provided good support, their responsiveness is extremely rare. The major issue came in September 2023 when our Google Ads, which is our main revenue-generating channel, stopped working.
While I still use the app, it feels pointless at the moment due to the lack of support. This lack of assistance is unacceptable and has severely impacted our business. I cannot recommend this app to others.
We have been using Enhencer audiences for a few months and have increased the efficiency of our remarketing campaigns in a short time by targeting the most valuable of our website visitors. We appreciate the quick integration and the attention of the support team. We can definitely recommend Enhencer to all e-commerce businesses :)

Had tried many several apps for Facebook ads, but none of them worked for me. Either the app was not performing or their support was not good as we have to chase them even after we pay them.
Extremely happy with Enhencer AI Ads, because their app is getting me conversions which is getting better day by day.
But more important is their commitment and support. You don't have to chase them to do changes if the sales goes down. Even before you notice the fall in sales, they'll arrange a meeting and will do the necessary changes once we agree.
After seeing the Facebook ads performance, I have handed over my Google ads management also to them.
Very happy with Mr. Batuhan and his dedication towards the app performance. Feels like he is as concerned as the business owner to increase conversions.
Very much happy and definitely recommended.

Looks like it depends on the assigned support guy. Support guy changed. Conversions came down, and now we have to chase the support team for follow up.
